State Tint Laws

When choosing auto tint, make sure to check your local auto tint law to ensure that you are putting the right film on your car. Each state regulates the visible light transmittance that is allowed for the car tint installed on your windows. Tinters know their own local state law; however if you are getting auto tint installed outside your state, make sure that it is legal tint where you live. You can check to find out what your local state tint law is.

The International Window Film Associations (IWFA) is another good site to check up on the most up to date information concerning tint laws

Solar Control Films has two distribution centers in the United States that provides premium quality auto window film that has a life time warranty that includes "Never to Fade Purple." How is Global Window Film able to provide this? Because they are the most vertically integrated window film manufacturer that extrudes their polyester raw material. During the extrusion process, they add an additional layer of UV inhibitors. This gives Global tint "color stability" with a factory backed warranty.
